Production Time

All items are made to order. Once you place your order, we begin production immediately. Production time does not include shipping time.

  • Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
  • Production does not occur on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), production time may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after the item has been produced. Delivery time depends on your location and may vary by product type.

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Western Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5–30 business days

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS for most shipments within the USA. For international orders, local mail carriers in your country will handle the final delivery once the item clears customs.

USA orders often use a combination of FedEx/UPS and USPS for last-mile delivery, including Saturday delivery.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided within 2–5 business days after order placement.
  • Tracking is available for all US orders and over 36 international destinations.
  • International tracking may pause after the package leaves the US and resume after it clears customs in the destination country.

Important Notes

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, high volume, or local postal conditions.
  • Once a package leaves our warehouse and is with the carrier, we cannot expedite, recall, or reroute the shipment.
  • If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot contact them on your behalf.
  • If tracking shows no updates for 30 days from the shipping date, please contact our support for further investigation.
  • If customs fees or import taxes apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" unless you purchased Package Protection.

FAQs

Why does my tracking say “Label Created” for a long time?
Shipping labels are created when your order enters production. Updates occur after the item is packaged and scanned at the shipping hub. Please be patient during peak times.

What does “USPS as the last-mile partner” mean?
We use a hybrid shipping method where UPS or FedEx transports your package to a local hub, and USPS handles the final delivery. This combines fast logistics with flexible local delivery, including Saturdays.

Can shipping be combined for multiple items?
To ensure fast fulfillment, we ship items separately as soon as they are ready. Items in the same order may arrive in different packages.
